1st off I would say be ready for the taste. Taste is something to get used to cause upon taking 1st serving, it tasted horrible. Goes away after a while but I’m hoping benefits out weigh taste. I have been taking it for a few days now and just push through the taste. Mind you I’m not mixing it with anything. But for the price and benefits I’m hoping it works.

My father use to collect it 30 years ago and has been taking it for years, there is a good test to see if it’s real. Dissolve some Shilajit in the water (600mg) and add some baking soda (1/2 teaspoon), it shouldn’t change the consistency and Baking soda should just dissolve if it’s real without any additives, if it has some additives or not real it will foam or leave some kind of residue. This particular Shelajit unfortunately foamed after baking soda dissolved which tells me there’s got to be some additives or else.Suit yourself . The package is very promising and appearance seem to be original.

It’s just like it was when I was in high school.There is no other reason why this is occurring other than, the most reasonable explanation is shilajit.This product works and I will be reccomending this and I will be ordering it again.I love the bitter taste too. When dealing with holistic medicine and vitamins you can end up with snack oil but I think it works great imo. Now I might be deficient in some of the minerals this stuff has so if you’re not it may not effect you like it did me.
