Great product –
This is my second purchase. Taste wise the first jar had a smoky sweet barbeque like taste. However the second jar has more of a bitter coffee/unsweetened chocolate like taste. Consistency wise it’s somewhat tar like. I definitely noticed a difference within the first few days of taking it, more energy, more awake and alert feeling. I would recommend giving this product a try if your curious about it.

I heard about this and thought I would try it. I’ve been taking it for about two months now and I do feel an increase in energy. I’ve tried other products and really don’t feel a difference. Don’t expect a twin fold in your energy but you can feel it over time. I have tried another brand that was given to me and the taste was so strong that I can’t handle it. This has a bit mellower taste!

Nice alternative to coffee –
An interesting way to give yourself a jolt of energy rather than having your intestines challenged with coffee first thing in the morning. The package is nice and mine came as promised. It’s a sticky paste that needs to be handled carefully, or it will spread everywhere. I think this type of consistency would do better in a pump. It tastes like dark molasses with a touch of charcoal. I’ve tried it under the tongue on an empty stomach and haven’t really felt any alarming effects. Unfortunately, I haven’t felt the intended alertness either, even on a full dose. I’ve had difficulties before with all types of health aids and medicines, so maybe I’m not the best test subject. I will keep trying it out to see if I feel any energizing sensation.

This is my first experience with shilajit resin. I cannot compare it to other brands, as this is the only one I have tried. What I can share, is my personal experience with this particular resin.Most noticeable was my nearly immediate increase in energy. The first couple times I used this product, I dissolved it into hot breakfast tea. As the day progressed, I noticed that I wasn¡¯t struggling with the usual brain fog. After a few days of promising results, I decided to try dissolving it under my tongue (sublingual). I was impressed that within 10 minutes, I felt energy and motivation that I have lacked for many months.I few years ago, I was in a car accident that left me with injuries to my head, face, and brain. Ever since the accident, I have struggled with mental clarity, memory, mental stamina and overall energy levels. The injuries I endured have left me with lasting pain in the form of headaches and mental fatigue. Since using this shilajit, I have seen a remarkable improvement in my feeling of wellness, but most importantly, I have felt an improvement in my brain¡¯s functionality. It has been relieving, after years of wondering if I¡¯d ever be myself again. I¡¯m not back to 100%, but I¡¯m close!! I am hopeful that continued use of this product will bring complete healing.The resin itself is very thick in consistency. The color and texture are smooth and even. It has a rich, smoky flavor, and I do not detect any sweetness or odor. This is the most tasty shilajit I¡¯ve ever had . I could eat the whole jar in one sitting ! Shilajit tends to taste like goat pee or something similar , this has that very mildly , and it¡¯s quite sweet which is unusual , so I do wonder if it¡¯s sweetened with honey ? Manufacturer says it¡¯s not sweetened . I feel the effects , mildly energizing, but not jittery like caffeine , so even if it¡¯s sweetened I still can taste and feel the effects of the Shilajit. Very nicely packaged in a glass jar .

Good overall tonic –
Used it to help lower cholesterol. It gave me a little more energy, I am not sure if thats use to the iron content. It took a little while to feel the effects , but no real side effects. What ever you use it for its seems to be mild acting and to me that is a good thing. Would recommend.

I’m loving this product! I read about how fulvic acid is great for preventing Alzheimer and dementia and when dealing with people that have it I want to.prevent it from happening to me! I love the taste but I grew up in a health food store with vegetarians so I like lots of earthy flavors lol! As far as feeling more brain alert and Cognitive its working, I’ve been able to read and retain more and feel energized!

Works for my COPD. –
I am 67 years old and I first used a combination of fulvic acid and zeolite for detox. There was some improvement in my general constitution so i decided to investigate shilajit. After perusing the different brands available from Amazon i decided to purchase this brand Original Siberian Pure Shilajit and i made a good choice. For convenience I water it down and use a medicine dropper to take it by mouth.In 2015 i was diagnosed with first stage COPD which progressed to second stage in 2019. The steroids and bronchodilator prescribed does not do anything for me and my condition is terminal.I have been regularly taking this for two months now and have not coughed since. My breathing is very much improved. I will continue to take this everyday.

Overall great product, jar is difficult to open once opened –
Overall I liked the product the taste wasn’t bad. I was able to put it in veggie capsules and the sticks made it easy to measure and work with. However once the jar was open if any resin was stuck to the rim, it was unbelievably difficult to get off. My husband had to use tools to remove it.

This stuff is excellent! I’ve noticed more energy since taking it. I don’t have to drink energy drinks as I used to – usually just a glass of tea to fully wake me up. I was dissolving it in hot water, but I don’t really enjoy drinking hot tea so then I made a “hot shot” – which is just a little shot of hot water and then dissolved the Shilajit resin in that. The flavor was not bad at all! I was expecting it to be terrible but was actually a very mild earthy flavor, sort of just like a generic tea flavor. I’m working my way up to try consuming it just in my mouth, but I’m a little nervous about the texture. Love this stuff though; would definitely buy it again!

This was the first time I tried a product like this. It¡¯s very interesting. I would usually put it in my coffee in the morning. It dissolved nicely. The only thing I¡¯d prefer is a stainless dispenser. The lines on the wooden sticks disappeared after using them a few times. I will continue using this product. I definitely feel the benefits. It¡¯s a really good way to get lots of minerals and vitamins into your system. I even enjoyed the flavor when I took it sublingually a few times.
Tastes fine, seems to have some benefits –
It doesn’t dissolve under the tongue that easily, leading me to just consume it normally (aka eating it and quickly swallowing it). The taste isn’t that bad, you get used to it, but I feel like it does reduce inflammation for me slightly, or it could be placebo. Either way, it’s cheap enough that it’s worth buying it and seeing if it works for you.
The jury is still out on ‘effectiveness’ that I can actually feel? –
The price appears to be fair compared to many of its competitors, and it tastes just fine … but I am still waiting for the promised effectiveness to kick in (that I can actually FEEL).
