I just received this today and wanted to try some right away. First, i will say that my product took about a month to get to me, but they set that expectation up front, after I ordered. Don’t buy into the Amazon Prime delivery estimate of next day or two days. Expect to wait awhile.With that said, I tried my first dosing with hot chocolate as soon as I got it. I didn’t expect anything as much of the research that I did and reviews suggested that it can take up to a week to feel any benefits. The taste was no issue whatsoever. I tried some plain and while it was bitter, it wasn’t awful like many say.After about 20 minutes from taking it, I certainly felt a bump in energy and alertness. It was almost like a wave coming over me. Weird. I am at about 2 hours from taking it and still feel the energy. I cleaned up outside, ran some errands and cleaned up my garage. Normally, that would qualify for a Saturday afternoon nap, but I still feel alert and energetic. I mainly purchased this product for the energy claims and so far, so good. I will either update this review, or post a new one in a few weeks.Anything that boosts my energy and alertness, without a crash or caffeine jitters is what I am looking for. I wasn’t expecting to feel anything on the first day, so this is an added bonus. More to come…….

This product, Benevolent Shilajit, was my first dabble in the Shilajit realm. The product is packaged well and has all of the markings they claim in the ad. USA made, third party tested, etc. It has a creamy smooth texture. A smokey, earthy taste and smell. It is a very purified product as compared to others I have since tried. The initial taste may seem a bit much, but you do get used to it after a while. I prefer to dip the cool gold spoon in it and place it right in my mouth. I usually follow it up with some water or my morning coffee.
As for the health benefits, it¡¯s hard to say. I have been taking it daily (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) and have had no ill effects. Do your own research to see if Shilajit is something you want to try. My personal opinion is that I feel a bit more energetic throughout the day and my workouts are as good as ever. So for me, that is worth taking. I like this product as it is cleaner and smoother than others I have tried and has the mildest taste.

I wasnt sure about this but i figd for the price, I’ll give it a try. Visually, it’s very shiny and resin like. Its very sticky so once you drop it into the water, it disolves easily after letting it sit for about 5 min. Then stir and drink. I use only warm water, as I’m worried that more heat may kill off beneficial nutrients or properties. It tastes a lot like beef bouillon cubes to me with notes of black licorice. The flavor really isn’t bad at all. And even if you dont like the flavor, its worth that nice uplifting energy boost. I pretty much just drink it down in a couple sips. I try to stretch it out by only drinking it in the morning. I’ll def be back to buy more

This stuff did work for me. After taking this for about two weeks I definitely felt my energy level increase along with just feeling better over all. I will tell you that this stuff tastes terrible. I dissolve in a small amount of Luke warm water and take it like you would a shot. You realize how well it works when you run out or don’t take it for a couple of days. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of five is because it isn’t even close to lasting fifty days if you are taking it every day. I myself would recommend trying it.

Im familiar with shilagit from a coworker that lived in northern India. I bought this product to try and it has no smell and its sweet like and has the consistency of honey. Which is why I’m skeptical of it. I bought a more expensive brand that looks like roof tar and tastes like burned pine bark would taste. Which is exactly what my friend says it tasted and look like. Theres a lot of shilagit on the market. I could be wrong but, it’s not supposed to be as sweet as honey.

Love this product. Will probably take this for a while. Great for energy, improved focus, better sleep, no grogginess when waking, and potentially I witnessed some extra and more sustained muscle growth (worked out one day on a Monday but by Wednesday my muscles looked as if it had been a week of exercise and they stayed like so till Sunday) not 100% of the Shilajit’s causality in I’m sure it helped.

I’m sure they’re going to try and bury this review, but this stuff is straight up poison. It is not safe to take, this is not a natural substance. Literally had the worst diarrhea of my life that led to personal peril from the minute I started taking it that ended within hours of my last dose. No way this is a legitimate product.
