This product is the truth! I was able to notice a positive difference in my mood and energy after taking this product. I like to have it in the morning in my coffee or tea blends in nicely.

I received my order of Shilajit on January 2nd and it is now January 9th as of my writing this. I believe I do benefit from using Shilajit as a daily supplement, often in my tea.I have observed a noticeable increase in energy for sure and a seemingly overall boost to my mood. I just take it once a day it has given me energy and youthfulness. most mornings I wake up like a teenager:)))) I haven’t checked my testosterone yet but I know it is much higher. you don’t need to take a lot. if you do take too much it can upset your stomach

I think I notice an increase in energy levels although it’s hard to tell. It’s only been about 2 weeks of consistently taking it sublingually in the morning and before bed. I’ll continue taking it for at least until the bottle is done which will probably last me about 3 months. It does taste really bad but nothing you can’t handle.

Only dislike is the taste but i knew that going in. The taste is horrible but not due to any fault of this company. It does not matter from what company you purchase it tastes bad but the benefits are tremendous. Does pass temperature consistency test. I have tried several other brands of Shilajit in the past. I must say that this is by far the strongest Shilajit I have had. Its a pure resin that is easy to retract from the jar with the measurinf sticks that are included.

For those saying it tasted bad. I don’t know why they would say that. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE TASTE! I look forward to a heaping dose every day. I waited a month to write my review to see if there were any effects. Sadly I did not notice any changes & I cancelled my subscription. The reviews were so positive & said it tasted bad but worked. My experience was just the opposite. Great taste & no results. I would have loved to have had horrible taste if it would have worked. I tried doubling my dose & making 1200mg tea & it only tasted even better with no results. *Shrugs* I could drink this every day but I’m not sure I need it. My body craves it but if I am not feeling better (I suffer from dysautonomia) I can’t just be throwing money around for no reason.
