Seems to have a good effect on my gut health as well as depressing my appetite just a little. Steady energy through the day, and fatigue seems to be a little delayed during workouts. I use it first thing in morning and again at about 3 pm. Doesn’t seem to effect sleep negatively. Have lost 6 pounds, not sure if it’s the positive effect on my gut, decreased appetite or increased energy but I have lost those pounds without really trying. Guess it could be combination of all of the above. Outstanding product for the money, easy to use although a bit sticky. I will continue to use.

I’m always skeptical of online herbal supplements, but I was pleasantly surprised when trying this particular product. I started off with 600mg (over zealous, I know) but if your looking to seep benefits with the 1st two weeks then that’s the way to go. If its toouch taper down. Take with warm water as cool or cold water makes the resin stuff and slot harder to mix in water. I also made sure to keep it in a dry and cool place around room temperature for the best shelf life. Overall I would buy it again as the product is fairly priced, and provides great results. Would def buy again. Actually…. (*starts to place another order*)

My husband and I have both been using this product. Some people might not like the vitamin/dark coffee taste but it is not bad. I drink black coffee and the strength of this is fine for my palate and the purpose of it. I do prefer the end taste being sweet. The texture is thick and dissolves quickly in your mouth and I like to make sure I get all of the product off of the wooden stick. I hate wasting product, my husband is not so observant. I might start using my little plastic sticks I have. They are small containers that is why I purchased all three. It is as expected.

I’ve been using Shilajit now for a few months and I really love it. Being 55 and in your proverbial after menopause I noticed after a short period of time that my bloating was gone. I am less stressed and no longer tired halfway through the day. I add some shilajit with hot water and add some honey and drink this early in the morning on an empty stomach. I love the taste but that is a personal preference. I definitely will continue to use this product because i like how it makes me feel. The bottle is small but you don’t need that much on a daily basis. It will last me more than 30 days before I run out.

not entirely clear what this is doing, but I feel EVEN, energy wise. I am either more active or ready for bed. No lethargy. Seems to help my mood as well. Be aware that after trying a few sources, this stuff just tastes rough, but does not leave an aftertaste thank goodness. Think ‘coffee grinds” laced with ‘cat piss’ and thats the flavor. Not a reflection on the brand here. They are all like this from what I can tell. Still it is VERY worth trying IMHO.
