I will write a review in about a week. But the first thing I noticed was that it was different than other shilajit I have taken. First the consistency seemed too runny. It came with measuring sticks but since it’s so runny it’s just drips off the stick so I really don’t know how much 600 mg is. It also has a completely different taste than the others I’ve had. It has a sweet taste like sugar was added. I did all the tests and everything was perfect. So I’m just waiting to see how it works for me and then I will send a review

Not sure if I used too much or what but the jar only lasted me two weeks drinking the suggested serving size once a day. I think they need a better serving item not a tiny popsicle stick with “measurements” on it. I do feel like the jar was only like a 1/4 to 1/2 full. Seems to be a good product though.

I brought this natural supplement for my mom she has moderate Alzheimer’s and heart failure. You can take from 300-600 mg it comes with marked sticks. I started at 300 and I give her 500 mg 2 times a day. Easy to take. The taste is not bad I totally recommend this product. I find the price very reasonable. I love this product.

Well, I did not feel an energy increase with this product. I did feel a sense of calmness in my body, relaxing more instead of being stressed. So it was good for me. If I drink a cup of coffee or two, I normally relax instead of being woke up. Caffeine and other energy products usually relax me instead of give me a jolt of energy so I¡¯m not sure if that¡¯s the reason or not but overall I would still recommend this product.

I’m not really the type of person to write amazing reviews unless I absolutely think I notice a difference. It’s really easy for me to no longer use a product and just call it a no-win. I am mediately noticed a difference within the first day and noticed that I had a longer lasting energy when I use this product. I was not expecting an immediate response. I noticed immediately that I had longer lasting energy and when I didn’t use it, I was a little more tired noticeably and felt like I wanted an energy drink. I currently drink an energy drink as it is with my L-theanine because I believe I was not diagnosed with ADHD. I have a vitamin D deficiency, so I am more tired and I also suffer from mononucleosis. So it really doesn’t take a lot for me to feel like crap and make me feel tired all the time. Since doing these two things, I do not feel awful before going to work and reduced my feeling to need to call out.

This shilajit resin by Sennasi really is a superfood and elixir of life the more I think about it. I do not feel the “suggested” amount of shilajit on the small wooden spoons is anywhere close to the amount you should be taking though, as I have been doubling/tripling that amount and using a large glob 3x the suggested size to get results of: focused energy with no crash, jumpstarting libido to very high levels of desire, improved vascularity in your body, improved pump at the gym when exercising (more sets/stamina to go go). I also see cleaner younger look of my skin on my face and you feel an overall “glow” of your aura/energy and desire to grab life by the horns. As I said, I think you need to use alot more than the suggested dose, as I went through the 4 pack of 1oz containers (4oz) in about 10-13 days. This stuff works, but is a little pricy, and worth it if you are sick of taking pills and supplements with little results.

I learned about Shilajit from some online sources and was curious about trying it. This is the only one I’ve tried and I’ll be the first to saw, it smells and tastes just awful. I put a little bit in some hot coffee, add creamer and chug it as fast as I can. I do find that it gives me lots of energy though! There’s a noticeable enough difference in my energy level and the way that I feel that I actually *want* to drink it. Which says a lot lol. Glad I made the purchase! You only need a little bit so I imagine it’ll take me awhile to finish the jar but will definitely be back to purchase more whenever I run out.

I had never tried this before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, other than what I read on other reviews. Definitely some sticky stuff. I had to warm the container under hot water to get it open the second time. I got some of the resin on the container lid. I made sure to keep it clean after that.The flavor on first sampling was good, but when I took the full amount it took me off guard at first. Once I had used it again I kind of enjoyed the flavor.I mostly just used it under my tongue. I did experiment with it in tea, coffee and smoothies, but mostly stuck to the direct method since you are supposed to consume it on an empty stomach.I’m not sure if I can say I noticed the benefit or not, as I had also recently added a lot of other ‘superfood’ supplements to my diet during the time I received my initial jar.
