I add it to my morning coffee, and yes it works. I no longer hit a brick wall mid-afternoon. I no longer take a quick nap when I get home from work. I have a steady amount of energy from 7 AM to 9 PM easy all day with no fatigue or anything. It does not cause jitters or anything either. The first day that I used it, I think I felt more alert, but I was not sure if that was a placebo effect or something. I have been using it for a little over two weeks now, and I would say, yes, it works for energy and steady energy, not a surge of energy that you crash from or something. I do not notice any other benefits other than the steady energy. I still get an occasional cramp, ache or pain with aging. This did nothing to stop that. It is not some miracle in the bedroom. Just a steady source of no fatigue is the best way I can describe it. I sleep well, and I am awake all day, and I will take that improvement.

I rarely write reviews and I definitely fall guilty to seeing things on tik tok and buying it with high hopes, and am usually let down! I didn¡¯t feel comfortable buying off a random person so I came to Amazon to give this a try and I just picked one and got lucky! I am an avid coffee drinker in the morning to get me going but really wanted to try and curb that-which I think was also contributing to my afternoon crash! I¡¯m on day 3 of taking this shilajit each morning on an empty stomach with lemon for flavor, and I have had NO afternoon crash and a big difference in energy. I now have this, eat a healthy breakfast and then have my 1 cup of coffee with the hopes to eliminate that soon! I still enjoy it too much, but that¡¯s my goal!

The best part of this product is the packaging — such a cute little jar that I saved it after consuming the product and am currently using it to store homemade night face cream.Also included are 3 little wooden measuring sticks that also function as scoops. I found it easier to scoop the resin with a butter knife because I felt like some mornings when the resin was particularly hardened that the wooden stick might break. I also learned that one must be patient with getting the resin to liquify in a hot tea or coffee. I drank mine in herbal tea that I didn’t sweeten. Possibly if I’d sweetened it the taste would have been more enjoyable (in a salted smoky caramel sort of way). Just like with any mineral product such as mineral water, the taste can be quite distinct and may need some time to adjust. This is why it’s preferable and recommended to blend with your coffee or tea. One could add to a smoothie but just make sure to blend really well as it may not dissolve as nicely as in warm water.This product seemed authentic to me, reasonably priced, and very well made/packaged. I would definitely order again in the future.

Not only did it boost my mood, but helped with brain fog, and better energy.
