Love this. I am a 75 year old senior who exercises everyday, anywhere from 10k-24k steps a day combining walks, play,and gym work. I take/combine shalajit with my multis, B12¡¯s and papaya enzyme. At first, I took it alone and was surprised at how energized I felt. B12¡¯s did the same before Shalajit. Combined the 2, added enzymes to aid absorption. Flavor is neutral. Pill size is average.
