For me, this product is not good ; after taking one about an hour later i felt jittery and had a weird over stimulated hyper feeling ; i had this same effect with Yohimbi bark once.i think its to much of a stimulent for my metabolism. i was better off trying the shilajit on its own it might be one of the other ingredients that is causing this. It still might be good for others but if you are sensitive to stimulents it may not be good for you . Im giving 4 stars because others had good results……

I am now on bottle number 2. I’ve read a lot, and wanted to be patient and give the product the benefit of working. The first two to three weeks, I really didn’t notice any differences. However, after around week 4, I was experiencing positive results. In the ned room, I was very pleased with my performance increases. Let me say that again, very pleased. Stronger and longer erections make any man feel better. I’ve tried the prescription products, and never really enjoyed them. Now I am able to perform whenever…… No scheduling taking a pill and waiting 90 minutes. LETS GO NOW! lolMy energy levels are full throttle all day long.I work full time. I used to dream a lot as a teenager. Just the same normal random incoherent dreams like everyone else, but I dreamed a /lot/.When I started on MSM, I started dreaming again for the first two or three weeks of it. 1 gram of MSM daily was enough to give me the dreaming effects, but it tapered off quickly. (Apparently the body rebounds from ingested substances easily.) I tried increasing my dosage of MSM to 3 grams daily, but it didn’t bring the dreaming back.Many health influencers online will tell you amazing things about Shilajit, but nobody told me that it would make me start dreaming again. I’ve noticed an increase in my awareness and vitality during the past week as well, but the dreams took me by surprise.Shilajit contains Fulvic and Humic acids. These two acids are chelators, tiny molecules that can mop up toxins and escort them out of the body for excretion. (I’m admittedly only halfway through the relevant podcast on Ben Greenfield’s show, so I’m sure there’s more to be said about Shilajit.)My question is, how did I get all these toxins in my body? I thought I lived a pretty toxin-free life.Again, note that I’m also taking Shilajit with many other supplements, namely including MSM. MSM is another chelator, and anecdotally MSM increases dreaming in most users. I’m also eating a whole-food plant-based diet with moderate exercise.If you’re looking for more chelators, I also like Alpha Lipoic Acid, but you should take Alpha Lipoic Acid four times a day (one capsule with each meal, and once before bed) for the first three days of using it, then you can reduce your dosage to one capsule a day. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a weak chelator, so it has a half life of four to six hours. When Alpha Lipoic Acid degrades, it will just drop the chelated toxins wherever it left them, so you need a constant supply of Alpha Lipoic Acid in order to keep the chelated toxins chelated.

I bought this because it’s supposed to have some very important minerals in it. I figure… if the Japanese eat it, it must be good for you. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing if this is beneficial or not. So, I just take it every day, and expect that one day I’ll know whether this supplement is helpful to me or not. I’m sure that my body is benefitting somehow. The one star deduction is only because I don’t have more information on this product to know what it does or does not do.
