When reading the reviews I was worried about a few things. First the thickness of this product is like a thick tree sap or thick honey, so the consistency is not that scary. Second, the energy kick. I want energy, but I don’t want the jitters that come from caffeinated coffee. This product does Not give me the jitters or heart palpitations. The night prior to trying this product I had a good sleep, I don’t think I noticed a difference in my day but at night I had difficulties falling asleep. The next day I had little sleep and took again, but during the day I wasn’t sure if I had an energy spike. At night I took extra over the counter sleep aid. Does it work, maybe somewhat, but may not be ideal for insomniacs.

It can be a bit of trouble to get it off the scooper and dissolved into water, but that’s just the nature of the resin being sticky. Otherwise, I will continue with this product to see how it works in the long term, so far so good!

It tastes bad, but Im sleeping better, and it detoxifies your body and then your skin glows. As for energy idk if that’s coming from the better sleep as well seeming more relaxed. I did notice it helps with stamina but again that could be sleep. It’s definitely worth taking and I will continue as my skin and body feel great.
