This is my first experience with Shilajit. I will have to try other brands to see the difference but I have felt “better” after taking these. I can’t put my foot on exactly what I feel but it certainly makes the days more tolerable and I have less body pain after just a week of taking it. This does have a blend of a ton of things so it could be one, or all of the ingredients as a whole making me feel better. I have taken some of the supplements listed on the bottle on their own and sometimes supplements just work when you combine them with other supplements. I wish I could compre it to other shilajit but I will have to try another brand and see how that works out. I will try and update after I’ve finished the bottle to see if anything else changes.
