Wasn’t sure if it was doing anything at first, but I believe it to be very grounding and nourishing to my body. This could potentially be the result of increased “jing” in my kidneys. Jing is the “personal energy” supply in Chinese Medicine theory and is difficult to increase. It is likened to wax on a lit candle. Things like american ginseng are said to replenish jing. And Shilajit is said to, as well.

Lots of em, evacuation when I take it and I have taken to opening capsules and sprinking some in my coffee instead. Mind you if you are a little constipated this will sort you right out! One capsule is enough for me (the recommended dose)¡ª I¡¯ve tried taking two or three at a time but it can be overstimulating. Working out or studying¡ª it¡¯s good for staying motivated (like a caffeine high, but without the anxiety). Can take on an empty stomach and feel good. Also, drinking alcohol on this made me feel elated/euphoric, but it also makes me more sensitive to nausea and can give me a headache.
